There are many ways to Get Involved in supporting your school.
The 41th annual Joaq-a-thon
Stroll into Spring! — Saturday, March 21, 2015, 9:30am – 3:30pm
Join the students for a day filled with good friends, good music, and lots of walking!
The Joaq-a-thon is a day-long walking event in the spring for Joaquin Miller students and families. This activity gives the students an opportunity to raise money for their school. Students gather sponsors to donate money according to how far they walk. For an overview of the event, download the pdf.
Joaq-a-thon Day is full of challenges and excitement for the students, who can earn T-shirts and a variety of awards. The kids love this event!
