PTA registration and invoice online. We hope this will simplify the process for both the parents of our new and returning students, as well as the parent volunteers. Whether you are ready to jump right into the registration process or

The Joaquin Miller PTA (JM-PTA) is a local unit of the Oakland Council, Peralta District of The California Congress of Parents, Teachers, and Students, Inc. At Joaquin Miller we have traditionally enjoyed a membership rate of about 95% of our families. Membership is obtained through paying District PTA dues.
