After-school Enrichment

Quality enrichment classes

Sponsored by the PTA, the Joaquin Miller Enrichment Program is dedicated to creating opportunities for families to give their children more experiences in the arts and sciences. The classes themselves are run by independent contractors who specialize in their field and in working with children.

Fall session starts September 13th and runs through January 28th.

  • ERRATA: A correction for those of you with children interested in Lego. The class is available this session for grades 2-5, not K-1 as stated on the flyer. The second session (Spring) will be available for K-1.

Here are a few highlights from the 2010-2011 school year

  • KidzArt has returned with their amazing art projects
  • Lego Engineering is back — look for it on Thursdays
  • The new enrichment class The Geek Squad will start on 9/2 at 8am for 4th and 5th graders.
  • Odyssey of the Mind is coming back to JM — to learn more, come to a parent meeting on September 28 at 7:30pm in the JM library.
