There is a very important survey that will help promote better relations among yourself and school staff.

Please complete by Feb 27th. 2012

The information you provide will be used toward school improvement. Joaquin Miller is looking for 100% parent participation. If you have more than one child, please complete a survey for each child’s experience. The survey comes in different languages, please request the language you need to complete the survey.

Once you have completed the survey please either turn in the paper survey to your child’s teachers or let your teacher know that you have completed the survey online by detaching the slip on the bottom of the letter sent home February 1.
