Marine Mammal Night/Book Fair on 2/9

Mark your calendars now. . . . The Annual Marine
Mammal Night will be held on Thursday, February 9,
7:00-8:00 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room. Parents are
invited to come and view all the culminating projects the students
will have prepared for the event.

On the same night, attend the Book Fair in the library. Although the students will have had the opportunity to visit the Fair with their class, this evening event will give parents an additional opportunity to purchase books with their
children and earn money for the school.

SSC Meeting on January 19th

A School Site Council (SSC) Meeting will be held on
Thursday, January 19, beginning at 6:00 pm in the

Program, bus transportation and/or admission fees for field
trips, books, supplies and assemblies. Parents are invited to
attend this meeting as we discuss ways to improve the
instructional program for all our students using SIP Funds
(mid-year evaluation). Staff and I hope you will be able to
attend.
