Science Fair Night 3/22

The 2007 Joaquin Miller Science Fair is scheduled for Thursday, March 22 from 6:00-7:00 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room. Additional information will be
forthcoming and student packets will be distributed the week of February 20.

We are asking that all student projects submitted be experiments... whereby a variable is tested. Please do not submit demonstrations, models or new inventions. Students in Grades K-3 will be encouraged to participate, whereas
all 4th and 5th grade students will be required to submit a project, either individually or in groups limited to 4 students. All Science Projects are due into the classroom on Monday, March 19. Thank You in advance for assisting your child with the process of their project, by answering their questions, taking
them to the library for research, making suggestions and supporting them as they begin and complete their project using the Scientific Method. The District's Science Fair will be held April 3-5 at the Chabot Space and Science Center.
