Volunteer Builder (PTO)

Volunteer Builder is our volunteer management system. Our goals are to get to know our volunteer base better, capture their information (including their child(ren)'s information) in one central place, understand what activities they want to be involved in and when, and match them up with the right opportunities. We can do a lot for our kids if everyone helps out. It helps us use a more targeted approach in reaching volunteers.

Volunteer Builder is an important tool that allows us to tap into a wonderful resource – our parents and staff who have made our school a wonderful place for our community and children. This tool also allows us to generate a more accurate PTA roster.

How to get started

Please go to: http://www.jmpta.ptomanager.com/index.html to log in or register. If you are a returning parent, you should receive a welcome email based on the contact information we have on file. If you are new, you can register through the web site. We will need to approve you as a volunteer first.

PLEASE NOTE: EACH PARENT, GUARDIAN OR CAREGIVER SHOULD SET UP THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL PROFILE; THESE ARE NOT FAMILY ACCOUNTS.

People have different interests and different schedules, so it's important to create your own profile so we can match you up with the right opportunities. It is possible to use the same email for two people; you will just each have your own password.
